RETURNS

If your item has arrived damaged then we reserve the right to replace the goods in a timely manner rather than issue a refund, if this is the case then please email us info@showertraystore.co.uk and we will get replacement items dispached asap.


If you need to return your item for any other reason such as ordered wrong size, type or finish then please use an insured courier service and send to Unit 1 Manor Farm, Lower Rainham Road, Gillingham, Kent. ME7 2XH.

Please include your name and order number so that we can process the return swiftly.

All returns are inspected thoroughly and must be undamaged and resaleable in original undamaged packaging.

All refunds will be minus the original delivery cost.

Please note: You have 7 days from receipt to return any unwanted goods and there is a 50% restocking fee which will  be deducted from the refund value. We will aim to inspect the return and process a refund as soon as possible once we have received your return but please be aware in busy times it may take up to 7 days to process. 

Once we have processed the refund it will take 2-3 days to process through the payment gateway and back to your account.

If a refund has been approved and you do not see the refund on your bank / credit card statement within 14 days then please contact us on info@showertraystore.co.uk and we will look into it for you.
